Flyweh.com, Shop #18, Pristine Plaza, 15 Eastwood Park Road, Kingston, Jamaica, W.I., hereinafter “Flyweh.com”, “we”, “us”, “our”, and its affiliated or associated companies, agents, sub-agents act only as agents for contractors or owners and outfitters, hotels, airlines, railroads, shipowners, charter air carriers providing means of transportation or other services, and
all tickets, vouchers and contracts of such companies and contractors are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which such accommodations, means of transportation or other services are offered or
provided. The issuance and acceptance of any such tickets, vouchers and contracts shall be deemed to be consent to conditions stated herein. In hese booking conditions, "you" and "your" means all persons named on the
booking including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date. Flyweh.com nor any of its affiliated or associated companies, agents, sub-agents shall be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such hotels or lodges, means of transportation or other services, or for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect to any person or property howsoever caused or arising. Some activities during your tour/trip may require you to be in good physical and mental health and, by booking
through us, you confirm that you and your party are in good health with no medical history that would make it dangerous for you to participate. Observe safety instructions at all times. We will only accept responsibility for these experiences in accordance with these booking conditions as stated by suppliers.
Baggage and personal effects, including items purchased, are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times and Flyweh.com is not authorized to accept these for storage, safekeeping, or transportation.

Airlines, Ticketing & Invoicing

Airlines involved are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft. The passenger contract, or tickets in use by the airlines, when issued, shall
constitute the sole contract between the airline, the purchaser of any of these trips and/or the passenger.
The services of an IATA, ARC, TICO, TPDCO or ATOL certified carrier or agent may be used in connection with the booking of tours/trips. Prices quoted are based on foreign exchange values and tariffs currently in effect and are subject to change. In such a case, the client will be notified before booking and reserves the right to cancel their tour/trip before departure.
The cancellation policy as per the contractors or owners and outfitters, hotels, airlines, railroads, shipowners, charter air carriers providing means of transportation or other services will apply in the case of a cancellation. These terms and conditions will be discussed before tour/trip. The date shown on the invoice, which will be sent to you is the date of booking. It is
important to check the details on the invoice as soon as you receive it.

Travel Insurance and Force Majeure
Travel Insurance is a vital part of any holiday and we recommend trip insurance with full cancellation. Flights, Hotels or Activities are booked on Flyweh.com using independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels etc., over whom we have no direct control. In rare cases where there are mishaps, neglect or human error on the part of these suppliers, we will work within
the parameters of the existing agreement, laws and regulations to recover any compensation owed as a result thereof. We do not accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our obligations under our
contract with you is prevented, affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of "force majeure". This is defined as events we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid and
includes but is not limited to actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. For more information on trip insurance or our booking conditions, see our
